You can find your order details in the email communications we have sent to you and if you are a registered customer by signing in to your retailpharmacy.mahkotamedical.com online account and going to ‘Order History’.  Click here to sign in to your account.

If you shopped with us as a guest customer and provided a valid email address, your order details can be found in the email communications we have sent to you.  If you didn’t provide a valid email address you will need to contact Mahkota Medical Centre Pharmacy with your order number.

If your order has not arrived on the specified delivery date, you will need to check with the carrier to see if there have been any issues, but please allow 48 hours from your delivery date for the parcel(s) to arrive. If your order is delayed you may be contacted by our team to advise you of any issues we have with your parcel.
